Refund policy

At Campo Roots, every knife is handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because our products are artisanal and made in small batches, we handle returns with fairness and transparency while protecting the integrity of our craft.

1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Each knife is produced in limited quantities, and once shipped, we cannot restock it as a new item.

2. Faulty or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

Once reviewed, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Conditions for Returns

A return will only be accepted if:

  • The knife is unused

  • The knife is in its original condition

  • All packaging, sheaths, and accessories are included

Used knives cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or sharpened knives

  • Knives damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

5. Return Shipping

If the item is confirmed defective, Campo Roots will cover the return shipping cost.

If the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for different models or designs are not available.
