Shipping policy
At Campo Roots, every knife is handcrafted in small batches and shipped with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches or high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship all domestic orders using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or regional factors.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Campo Roots is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will update the address.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post directly.
Campo Roots is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

We will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
8. International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We plan to expand to additional regions in the future.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For domestic Australian orders, GST is included where applicable. For international orders (when enabled), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
